We use Google Analytics with Anonymized IP addresses to see what pages on our website are visited most frequently. We ask for names and email addresses to provide scholarship opportunities for our camps and programs, send e-mail newsletters and send requests for donations and news about our fundraising efforts.

How long we retain your data
Please note that at this time, we do not allow commenting on our website.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you fill out a contact form, scholarship application or employment application, purchase tickets or register for an event, your information will be stored indefinitely and can be shred with you and/or deleted upon request.
